I have been working in retail sales and marketing for 12 years. In the last 5 years alone I have helped two retailers by opening 29 stores in total, launching a new route to market, rebranding a retail channel and building sales and marketing teams from scratch.

Now working as a consultant, I bring my considerable skills and experience to retailers where I make a pronounced contribution to the success of their brand.

Whilst I can assist retailers on a broad range of business issues, my core areas of expertise are growth, loyalty and optimisation in sales and marketing.

Assistance in improving the profitability of marketing activities via setting up/analysing metrics such as ROI, footfall and conversion analysis etc. Building/restructuring sales and marketing teams/change leadership and process improvements.
